Goods can only be returned in an unwashed (if plastic or sealing tape, keep it intact), unused, and resale condition;
When returning, please ensure that the return package is complete and properly packaged;
All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the package;
 
If the return is due to quality problems, we will refund the return shipping fee to you through the original payment channel when you paid for the order according to the shipping price on the return receipt after we have received the package and reviewed it correctly.
For commodities sold in combination, after-sales service is only provided for single or multiple commodities that meet the above return criteria, and does not extend to all commodities in the combination.
After receiving the returned product and verifying it correctly, we will process the corresponding refund for you within 3 working days, but the specific time for the refund to arrive depends on the payment institutions and bank processes. We will refund the refund to you through the original payment channel you used to pay for the order;
If the return is due to personal preferences and changes in demand, we are very sorry that we will not refund your return shipping fee;
About return cost:
Hennar Workwear has always adopted personal parcel business for parcel delivery. However, the inspection strength, taxation ratio and taxation standard of overseas parcels by customs agencies of various countries are beyond our control.


Returns and refund policies are not applicable to the following items:

a. Any goods not sold on this website;

b. The item has been used or damaged / the label / original protective film has been removed / the product size has been changed;

c. If the acceptance time limit is exceeded (if you do not contact customer service within 7 days after signing, you will not be able to apply for after-sales service);

d. Due to irresistible factors during transportation, the outer packaging is damaged, but it does not affect normal use;
e. Any product quality problems caused by the customer's abnormal use and storage;
